And since there's no mid-game save option (as there was in the PC version of Irritate 08), if it does that you lose the game you've just played and, in fact, any other progress you've made since you last saved. It's done this on two different EggBoxes, so it's definitely a software issue not my HDD hugging up or anything. It's just lost me a Superstar game where I came back from 11 points down with 7 minutes to play, including an 80 yard drive in the last 1:40 in which I gutsily audibled out of the planned crash up the middle on 3rd and goal and instead got a game-winning 3-yard touchdown toss with 11 ticks left on the clock.
